IMHO, I believe that "Disposition" represents how much control people have over us; Using just their words. Someone can be rude and totally irrational and, when they mention something to you, or state something that reflects their emotoins at that moment it can make your "weather change".
Other people's moods have a way of spreading...I believe this is what the song represents.
I think its just a way of taking your emotions and feelings in stride...Feeling them, in the moment...but moving on.
And I think in the next song, "reflection" he overcomes this by pulling his head out of his hole, not letting himself or his emotions get to him...Or, anyone elses for that matter.
Well, I hope I made sense in my exhausted state.
