At the two shows I went to on this last tour (Houston, July and Beaumont, Nov.), the same music was played prior to the concert. Anyone know what this was??? It was kind of like ambient or really mellow trance. Good stuff.
When Tool was on tour with Tomahawk, I think some of the pre-show stuff was by done by one Mike Patton's other bands (or so I have been told). I heard the same music that I am inquiring about before the last show I went to as well.
Hope someone knows what I am talking about. The one song I have in mind was played at least twice before both shows. Sorry I cannot provide more details. I just figure someone out there will know what the music is. Can't get the damn tune out of my head, but I can't explain it either.
