this song, "intention", has everything to do with ascending. it actually may not be their tool or device to ascend (so the thread will be "off-topic" from the get-go), but everything they've ever done has either showed you the problem, the solution, and the result. this movement is right before the result.
say that you plan on getting a ton of outdoor chores done today because it's your day off, a holiday or something. it starts to downpour and you immediately make a rationalization that these chores can be put off for another day. your intention was there, but not 100%. see: "schism" lyric "pure intension". this is about finding a oneness with love, activating your mer-ka-ba field/vessel, and getting the fuck off this planet. the "intension" track shows a bunch of people coming together (as one) and chanting (something of a prayer?) to initiate the process. after the tablas and everyone saying "pure as we begin" (3:53ish), they are off the ground and moving.
i expect more people to have a profound appreciation for this track. and it's not about how hard you can play (go listen to mike portnoy fill some silence if that's where you're coming from). this is, like every other one, a very important track that can't wait around for stupid comments like "tool is no longer aggressive enough" (that's why i didn't post there).
