Can anybody direct me to where i can find a Hi-res pictures of this "eye"?

this the closest thing i got, i downloaded all the artwork from the album, its not much but i hope it helps. maybe you can clean it up with photoshop or something.

the first one is just one eye, and the second one is with the one eye reversed on the other side for it too lok like the cover...
