Forgotten whispers on 46+2

I have never seen anything about the whispers at the start of 46+2, although someone probably has deciphered it. So I was wondering if someone could knew what Maynard is saying. Or if they know where it is on this sight, maybe just a link.
I have searched and tried to work it out, but to no avail.
