Here we go again: What's that whispering?

When the baby has stopped crying, some weird sound kicks in, and one can hear some talking or maybe whispering. To me this sounds like Maynard.
Can anyone get what he is saying? Have i missed out on anything?

think of it as someone talking to a psychiatrist, laying on the couch and all...

i haven't been able to disect any of it except for one part (if you only listen to the speaker without the 'revving up' sound, it's much easier to hear) , at :29, the 'patient' says "He beat me up." Other parts are audible but not understandable, atleast to me.

If you think of it as a therapy session, it ties in with the theme of abuse...
