usage of glasses

Forgive me my 'corky'mind. I am not famous for my intelligence...

can someone explain to me how to use the glasses in a way that will make the artwork more than just some nice pics... I cannot figure it out by myself.

it helps just to relax your eyes, hold the glasses about half arms length and move it closer, soon you'll be able to do it as second nature :)

it also helps to find a central point between the two pictures and really focus on it. also try very slightly crossing your eyes.
