Why's he bangin on a bucket

Has anyone else noticed this?When dannys druming in the song,one of the drums he keeps pounding away on sounds uncannyily like a fuckin plastic bucket,will someone tell me what this is? I love this song but everytime i listen to it all i hear is this stupid,weedy bucket noise and it does my heard in. The song is meant to sound epic,but this stupid sound lets it down.

I think the noise your refering to is a indian tabla drum. I happen to like it, but now that you mention it, can see how it might sound like a bucket.
