In keeping with a Lateralus mind set, the last track Faip De Oaid (Latin for voice of God) is supposed to be the hoax from the Art Bell radio show.

Perhaps Viginti Tres (Latin for 23) has some correlation to this hoax.

On the Lateralus Album Disposition, Reflection and Triad are played as a single 23 minute track http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lateralus (Triva)

These three tracks lead up to Faip De Oaid

I noticed in Triad around 6:35 there is silence for abotu 2 minutes before going into Faip.. any ideas?

what im getting at is that we all obviously know the number 23 has some significance but would the band really go so far as to have all its fans distort the song every which way possible just to pull some kind of meaning out of it.

That gap is the exact length of the last small section of Ticks and Leeches. When you order the album in the Fibonacci sequence, that section connects to Triad perfectly. See http://aiden.vzz.net/lateralus/ for the sequence i came up with a year ago, though its incomplete now that the DVDs remixes and 10,000 days are out. The page must have never spread here due to it being so damn insane, but i've seen crazier shit on this forum. I'm releasing a new order of it now (i never gave out the original), using the DVD remixes and 10,000 days. People who gave a shit about the first sequence get it first, but it'll spread soon enough.

Oh and as per my other thread, "You're worshipping SATAN!!!" is the hidden message in Viginti Tres.
