this is a song that my band wrote a few months ago... we just got some recording equipment in the rehearsal space. the song is called seven, the production isnt the greatest since it is a live practice recording and no mixing was done. anyway, here's the link:

wow sounds really tight and polished for just a practice session. Some good vocals would be cool, but if you can't find a singer who can pull it off just leave it alone; I like it how it is. If you're just doing an instrumental thing some more instruments/ synths would be cool in the mix.

yeah we have a singer, he wasnt there at the time... hes really good IMO, and im not saying that because hes in my band. but yeah, ill reupload the track with the vocals over it when he lays them down.

yeah we have an EP that we released last year. its not bad for a first recoding, its a little more metal influenced. the stuff we're writing now its more jam oriented i guess... i dunno. heres our myspace:

from what hear you guys are pretty awesome...i listned to some of your other songs...i usually am not interested in that screaming metal stuff but i thought sounded really good....but i definently think your song 7 is the best

thanks man... we're trying hard to not overmix (even though no mixing was done to this track). but i think its a decent recording for being a rehearsal recording with all of us jamming at the same time.

I really dig it man. Wah get's slightly old sometimes, maybe try a different wah tone. Other than that, it's a great demo track. You guys sound pretty tight.
