Alien voice on live bootleg

so im listening to my 5/02/06 boot of this song and from 5:13-5:22 there is a deep alien like voice with maynards singing....it sounds fucking creep as fuck, listen to it!

this guy announced on toolarmy that he is getting bootlegs of their recent tour, pretty good ones, the link works and it takes you directly to the mp3s, but for some reason they wont work for me
