probably a long shot but my theory is that it is the 11th track and viginti tres means 23 so 11-23 or november 23rd? the reason i say it is because the length is 5:02..or may 2nd? i think the voice says be patient also...

Why would they encode the release date of their next album or even the DVD into a song? What relevance will it have after 11-23? You see, logic can be your friend.
