"Fuckin Hypocrit".... then a faint whistle?

does any one hear this faint whistle, after maynard says "eyeballs deep in muddy waters, FUCKIN HYPOCRIT" it happens around the 2.36 mark and 2:39 minute mark. Is it just me that can hear this 'calling' whistle? or is it my drug infested head that hears it only?
or maybe its even been discussed here before?
