VERY quiet talking at 5:00

You can BARELY hear it, and it might just be me hearing things, but i swear at 5:00 you can hear in the background talking of some sort..can anyone explain?

yeah, if i put it through the kareoke function on my soundcard's built in audio player thing i can cut out certain frequencies and its clear talking that i assumed was tv/news

but its pretty loud in the track anyway - not sure about barely being able to hear it

the voice is an english person, i think its a fabricated news story as the accent is the same as the Doctor on Lost Keys

at 5:09 the voice says "the evidence suggests that the ...? was shot by his own son" and the same again at 5:26

you're right, i noticed it on my shitty computer speakers, but in my car its fairly loud- but even so, i cant understand any of it, heh
