no, i don't believe this is the intended meaning of the song...
but don't you think it suggests something about MINORITYvs.MAJORITY or the 'HAVES'vs.'HAVE-NOTS' in american society and throughout the world??
in AEnema, the L.A. dumbass "haves" got it, despite their pilots and prozac.
i get the impression that one side of the two is *heavier* than the other.
