I think this small little extension of Opiate kind of clears the way for all the Satanist's who listened to Opiate and said "Ya what now? Jesus rapes you!" Then, GLE comes on and makes fun of Satan worshipers as helpless, clumsy and stupid teenagers that could never get a girlfriend, wanting to belong to something, but because of their immense ignorance of all things in existance, could never. Uh, well that is my insight apon the song. Talk again later

Ha, thats a good point. Probably also was meant so they weren't observed as satanists.

The guys in the song are getting high off Opiate

Satanists? Honestly. Only creepy old fundamentalist priests use the term "Satanists." And besides, where did the "can never get a girlfriend" part come from? It's just a hidden track, not really meant to go with the song Opiate. Honestly, it just sounds like a joke.

Yeah this is a pretty deep and intellectualy stimulating song.

Maynard is just fucking around.

"Satan....satan..." is just him being out there, because this is an "out there" song.

It's a sarcastis joke because often music with dark/disturbing (such as Tool can be, especially on the Opiate album) lyrics is labeled as "satanic". They knew it was inevitable, and "toolbandsucks.com" is a perfect example of how much they were right,
