The mood of the album

Does anyone else feel they listen to Lateralus to try and cheer themselves up? I often find myself when a little sad and bored to put the record on and open my thoughts up, as the album really does make you think, as you all probably know, but after listening to it i do feel it makes me feel a lot better.

Anyone else the same?

i feel so anticipating when i turn lateralus on...like i cant wait for it to start...and i feel content at the end of Faaip De Oaaip...but thats just me, i guess

I don't know why, but I always feel anticipation when listening to Lateralus. (the song not the whole album)
