A couple of suggestions that I see so far. The part in hte "verse" section that goes:

For the part that goes up and back down, I'm almost certain that it's a full octave higher, you can tell by his tone.

Also, the outro at 10:40, I think that there's an octave in there too, i.e. low D, and 5 on the A string.

The Outro II part must be fucking frustrating to play because everyone is played fast riffs and shit he is playing whole notes or am I missing something in Outro II????

The rythem is the hardest part to playing along w/Justin; he switches so many times, while the guitar and drums have differen't time signatures going off in their own directions.. The rythem is all cluster fucked but somehow it sounds like angels singing..

I do love playing the solo to this song though; such an awesome riff!

You're correct, the entire phrase lasts 15 counts. Some people on an old thread were confused about that same riff so I wrote a little something about it; you can check it out if you want.
