If I had to quess about "* ** ET TEST ON D", I'd say it's referring to Rosetta Stoned (and Danny). Ouija boards are only so accurate, and you're really really reaching here (IMO).

Yeah * ** ET TEST ON DAVE becomes Rosetta Stoned in the next newsletter. But nevertheless, 'ET TEST ON D' fits right into the theme or Rosetta Stoned. So, it's fitting. But I find it bizarre that we were given so much information about Dave, but in the last post on toolband Blair says the main character is Maynard. That just bothers me.

M33IXOMAXIP was translated to "Know of 33" by Sotto Voce in a post called "Know of 33"

None of the others have been solved.
