Need help finding source image for this eye.

It's from the 3d artwork included with the CD, but I haven't been able to find it in digital format. I'm hoping there is one available with larger dimensions and equal/better resolution. Anyone know?

That's different. Take a close look at the image from the link I posted. The CD cover actually looks like a sketch whereas the one I posted looks like it was done with a 3d program or something similar.
