Fetus in one of the CD images (not the obvious one)

Hey, did you guys notice that in the yellow "3 skulls" picture in the CD artwork there's a fetus in the left and the right skull? It sort of looks like the "mutter" picture. Nifty.

Mutter? No. It looks more like the OTHER fetus in a skull picture featured with the other artwork of THIS album. Plus it was already mentioned.
