Third Eye Whispers

Hey, this is my first post on this site and im aware this subject has been talked about, but nobody seems to have a clear answer. On the track Third Eye around the 10:40ish mark there is somone faintly whispering in a variety of tones. I was wondering if anybody knew what was being whispered in the track.
