I see a lot of really acid/hallucinogen-induced off-the-wall stuff here. Not that there's anything bad about that. But I believe many are overthinking this a bit.

I think this song basically means "Leave the country."

The noises you hear a couple times throughout the track sound a lot like planes taking off to me. The words "The system is down." are said, and then that awesome rumble then turns into the sound of a plane taking off.

The system (our country) is down.

Wikipedia: ""Viginti Tres" is Latin for "Twenty Three" - the number has a lot of historical, mathematical, and occult significance, as well as in American slang, where "23 skidoo" means to leave a place quickly."

Planes taking off, Leave a place quickly, the system is down?

Sounds like "leave this shithole" to me.

Listen to it again from this perspective and tell me what you think.

Another thought that occured to me. Viginti Tres is 23 (i.e. 23 skidoo) in French.

What is the most anti-bush/anti-American Government country in the world? France.

I believe this further reiterates the "leave the country" point.
What do you think?

actually, the french for twenty three is vingt-trois. close, but not the same.

'viginti tres' is latin.

My bad, definetly. I suppose that's why I dropped French. :>

I still think the interpretation stands, however. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts.

Edit: Yeah, I'm a dummy. It even said it was Latin in my own fucking source, lol. Sorry. Tired and high on opioids. ;p
