Dr. Roseta??

When I listen to the Dr. talking I hear him say his name is Dr. Roseta (prenounced Rosseta not rose-etta like most people prenounce the song). Roseta stoned, could it be refering to the Dr. in some way?.....or not?!!!!

Listen at 3:22 when he says his name and see if you think its Dr. roseta (Ross-etta)? or am I crazy!!

I couldn't quite figure it out. Almost sounded like Russell (though I some how know it's not). He does have an ausie accent right?
