I just heard Wings - TTD back to back for the first time and I fucking love it. It's an instant classic and so far up there with Third Eye and Flood with my all time favs

I think it's the best Tool track ever recorded. My first listen through it seemed kind of simple and monotone, with a few stand-out moments toward the end. Then I turned out the lights and layed in bed with headphones on for my second listen and I had a religious experience. That cemented the song as the best on the cd, completely untouchable.

I completely agree with you both. This is Tool at there best. It took the second listen until I got it. I mean I relaxed and devoted my mind to it. It was a religious experience.
