i think adam has pics of this stuff on his myspace page, it looks very similar to stuff in some kind of museum he went to (museum with a bunch of bodies or fetuses or something, it was kind of odd.) check it out

This looks like one of the "hybrid" heads found in South America. If you search elongated skull in google, you'll find a little info but not a lot. There is also the "starchild" skull and the "fathead" skulls also found in Mexico. The "hybrid" skull shows signs of both neanderthal and homosapien skulls and are supposedly tens of thousands of years old. Some have gone so far as to say they are human/alien hybrid skulls, while more orthodox scientists suggest head binding practices that deform the skull.

Again, the skull is real...its not from the Predator 2 movie. You can see the Predator 2 movie skull here:

The skull pictured is from a collection of skulls found in South America. I believe similar skulls have been uncovered in Egypt. You can read more about them (and see pics of other anomolous skulls) here:

It is generally agreed that the elongated skull is a result of head binding but some have suggested neanderthal/homosapien or even human/alien hybridization.

That episode is on the season one dvd of Mr. Show with Bob and David. In the sketch you see Maynard and Adam playing the song "Ronnie Dobbs" for like 20 seconds. And the Puscifer waxes intellectual for a few secs.
