Why is the X-files theme in this song and not in Rosetta Stoned? :)

I always thought the intro to Lateralus was a complete ripoff of the xfiles and the star wars theme. an episode of family guy when peter played the xfiles on a piano is what me notice. where do u hear it in 10000days
