Album is real. People have it in their hands and in their CD players. I was a hoax believer. All it got me was lost sleep. And a huge dissapointment. I really thought that Tool would pull a fast one.

My personal view of the album is that all of Tool's effort was not put into it. Some songs are good. Although, they all seem to be un-Toolish, in a way. Read my other posts is you want to know what I mean.

I guess it is hard to make a masterpiece like Undertow, Aenima, and Lateralus. At the same time there are those on this forum who think that this is their best work to date. I would disagree.

It's going to be a long five years wait for the next one.

Don't worry there chodaboy. Don't give up so easily.

Yes, this album is real in the sense that it is a physical object.

There may even be a chance it's not the actual members of Tool playing on this.

Not kidding.

Keep fighting the good fight and the reward will come. Patience my son...

There is some hope yet. But I cannot afford to get all worked up again.

I now cannot understand why they would release an album, have people pay money, then release the "real" album with the same name (referring to import). At 10 bux the album is a deal. I am going to pick it up.

With this release, I am now starting to questions Tool's desire to make music. With 5 year breaks between albums and all of them getting a bit older. Maybe they just want out. To retire. Maynard can go make wine. Danny can continue to drum for whoever. Adam can make movies or some shit. And Justin can do whatever he wants.

That would suck because we would just have to deal with Blairs suto-Blog on Toolband, with absolutely no new information on Tool.
