Justin is English, the voice is Australian. It could be put on, but to me it sounds like they sampled Neighbours or Home And Away - shitty aussie soaps.

It's Doctor Drake Ramoray from "Days of our lives"

Thats not an aussie accent...if it is its a pretty shitty attempt. my guess is that its justin because there's the odd hint of a london accent.

Thats definety an Aussie accent... but I wouldnt say its Chase from house... Talks too slow, and cant think of him saying 'Look son...'

buggrit

Sounds like a definite London accent. I thought it was Tim Roth the first time, and now I can't shake that thought. I guess it could be Justin though.

I thought it was Justin the first time i heard it, seeing as he's from our lovely United Kingdom and the guy sounds pretty english

My moneys on Justin.

It sounds like a brittish accent from someone who hasn't lived in the UK for a while, and is starting to get more of a trans-atlantic accent.

Nope, he does Lipan Conjuring.

Well done old chap - I can't count!

Its either a Brit putting on a shit aussie accent. Or someone else trying to put on a shit aussie accent and accidentally making it sound Brittish in parts.

Definately not an aussie in my opinion.

Gotta be Aussie, I'd put my money on Doctor Chase, I grew up with him on Neighbours, does sound a lot like him.

Btw Devo, its manny here :P

I hope no one above saying it's an Aussie accent is actually Australian because I'm about 100% sure that we don't sound like that. Could be a british guy who did some medical training in OZ (as many do)! What a scandal!

Money's gotta be on Justin or else I'm guessing some random dude/actor.

i listened again last night, the guy is not an aussie - its a london accent, or if you come from london it would be pronounced "landun" - - - hes a bit cockney and he sounds australian - but he isnt ;)

Devo's the man, i reckon. Basically, it sounds like an American trying to sound like an Aussie and getting it right sometimes but other times soundling like a Pom. Which is what Americans always do when they try to sound like Aussies.

Or, maybe the patient who's moaning is a computer dork who lost his licence key to Dr Watson and he's having a meltdown....it could happen, I work with people who are borderline insane....and they're computer dorks.

No no NO!

Your all wrong

Its Groundskeeper Willie trying to pull off a South African Accent.

And..the american version has no liner notes. but I havent checked out the ENTIRE case, front to back nor have I ripped it open to see what lies inside.

Maybe if you set it on fire the answer will lie in the ashes....?

Let us know please

Whoever it is must be British. Only we can do an Aussie accent that badly! I think it is Justin, sounded a bit like a bad cockney accent to start with!

At least we've established it's not an Aussie. Soooo close to the answer....!

I reckon the next post here should be saved for the actual answer to the original question (who is the bloody doctor?) or at least a highly educated insight linking us to who it might be.

I don't really think there's any way we can find out unless a band member or someone close to the band credits them for it. Surely toolband is flooded with e-mails asking who it is.

It sounds like Dominic Monaghan, from Lost...

Im an aussie and i thought it was an australian. Admittedly one who has lived overseas for a long time. Its probably a Melbourne or Adelaide accent. Both of which tend to sound kind of British, rather than the broader accents from other parts of Aus. It kind of reminds me of the spoken word on the band Cogs cd. I don't know why.
