Ok.
Been listening to the album countless times since the leak.
Now i´m 100 % sure that Vicaroius is the only "real" song from the upcoming album.

The mix is better and Danny´s drums are so much higher on this song.

means that the band leaked this set, and Kabir helped them out with his review he posted on t.d.n.

in hoax/gafs like this, the purptrators like to leave "leads" for people to figure
this out. The sequence of picture on the page

clearly show a story in the middle: keyhole > key > text that ends with "thanks Kabir" and then falls into rubish..

very clever, toolish.

Come may 2nd, they'll make headlines with this stunt and get more coverage than any other release ever.

has it crossed anyone's mind that maybe they played the 'fake' album at kabir's listening session as well? why does he have to be in on anything?

he has been in on the last two april fools jokes, he has been friends with the band for a long time.

why isn't he telling everyone to get a hold themselves about this conspiracy?

tool studio time is over 2000.00 per session.
this would be a very expensive joke.
and a very beautiful and emotional one as well.

I woulldn't cost them that much money to do this if you think about it.. i think most of this was already recorded you can tell that its just not the quality recording that lateralus was so.. I mean all they had to do was take the pre recorded tracks and leak them on the internet... oh yeah.. and burn like 4 copies for the review sessions. vacarious really does sound like much higher quality than the others imo

I dont know, maybe some is fake some is real, just like the leaked sets.
I guess 3-4 songs are genuine to be released.

I just suspect that we're being played here, and the internet / bit torrent
crowd is unknowingly helping pull a major stunt.

I find these leads with the remark about Kabir rather strong.

Its a clever game of smoke and mirrors, for our enjoyment..
