Oh yes, it is.

No other song has brought me to tears like this.

I doubt this will be played live.

this is an awesome song, and yes it will be hard to reproduce live but ithink they'll do it if they are not at a festival.

this is the centerpiece/title track(s) of the album.
it most definately will be played live.

Way to miss the point.

This one would be SO emotional for Maynard, I doubt it would be played live.

no point was missed bud.
i sure maynard is capable of holding it together for 10 minutes for the sake of his art.
what better way to excersise your grief than in song...especially over the course of 50+ concerts.

Aah, okay, cool my friend. Thought you'd missed what I was getting at.

Anyway, we shall see.

i don't think they'll do it. i mean, you can almost hear EVERYONE crying, just by the way they play the notes in the song. i don't mean literally, i just mean the emotion, just by the fact that everyone in the band knows what the song is about, they play their instruments in such a way you can almost sense that they would cry if they weren't playing their respective instruments.

i'm pretty sure i heard maynard get choked up once in the recording, though.

this really doesn't make sense. sorry.

i would love to hear this live... though i am sure i would never...it is way to personal
to be in that space would overwhelm

I would think Maynard would be honored to perform an homage to his mother around the world. I can't see them not playing this live, in fact.

He already put something like this into an album that will be bought by millions, so I am sure he is ok with sharing this emotion. And it sounds like he has accepted and come to terms with his mom passing away, so yeah, I'd expect to hear this live in most shows.

my thoughts exactly.
in fact, like champion said, "i can't see them NOT playing this live".
i mean, it's the centerpiece of the fucking album.

This may have been the song Adam was talking about but Danny was talking about Right in Two when he said "1 song on the album is the best piece of music I've ever been involved in".

adam: "The really long song on the record that starts very classically and builds is my favorite song that we have ever done. I get really choked up whenever we play it. I was really worried where Maynard was going to go with it, but he nailed the lyrics on that one."

so, yeah thats the one
