with the exception of the eye itself which was copied straight from the Laterauis album art, i told the tattoo artist what i wanted, he came up with a draft, we changed it up a little bit, i approved it, and he tattooed it.

This song is gold. The 3rd listen for me right now and this is teh_shit. The parts like the one 3 min or so that a lot of bands use as a chorus, TOOL only uses once making them much more effective. It's like 3 songs in one. The same goes with the end of Vicarious. It's so good that you would listen to the whole song to get to it. All those little parts that fit together. That build up is all worth it. This album is all about build ups to awesome parts just like all of their previous albums.
