This just popped into my head...
Reconciliation, as we all know, is a major part of this opus.
Hope you can bare with me...
Two people begin with a falling out, or a GRUDGE if you will. These two people are in fact, THE PATIENT and the TICKS AND LEECHES (This may be a stretch, but my central argument follows as such). Inbetween them is the SCHISM, the great fissure that needs closure. Bridging the gap? Nothing more than a PARABOLA, which simple geometry teaches us is an exaggerated "U-shaped" structure (granted, if its "holding water" as my old techer used to say...) A simple bridge is impossible, so one with ups and downs leading to a compromise is necessary. There lies the up and down tempo rigidness of both PARABOL and PARABOLA.
See, all this kinda fits. Now.. I just have to find out where the rest of them fit in!! Just thought it was something interesting!! Enjoy!
