I watch the X-Files just about everyday and have heard the theme millions of times. When I first heard Wings For Marie I didn't notice it. I read a post earlier comparing the two, and now I hear it every time I listen. Its not exactly the same, but its very similar. And yea, in Rosetta Stoned I definitely heard him say something about the X-Files. All of the lyrics I've seen posted thus far contain something about the X-Files in it. Not saying it means anything, but as a big fan of both, I like it.

I hear it.. good job. Great show tv show..

And on a side note, I was just listening to this song when the weather radio came on giving a severe thunderstorm warning. The robotic voice issuing warnings on the weather radio definately adds to the song. Plus it fits right in with the oncoming storm in part 2 of the song.
