Carl Jund had discribed a vision he had of whole Ireland being flushed down and only the highest hills were seen.
I`m allmost certen the song is that vision interpretated by tool but not only.It looks at a disaster as a way to clear up the earth from the junk that has grown upon it.That way people would turn to themselves not to the little problems that they are only concerned about-car,figure,herpise etc. ...
