There is not damn way that's real. I mean, if people already have the cd, then why hasn't it leaked in its entirety yet?

I'm going to laugh so hard when somebody gets this in, listens to it, and just thinks it's cool because he thinks it's tool, but it's really Bebo Norman or something.

Well the really cool thing, is that you can get the new Ghostface Killaz, and Bruce Springsteen along with it. Does he do COD?

I think you missed the point, /V\agina. See, simply winning that auction does not imply that the CD is in anyone's hands. The fact that it ships on May 2nd indicates that the seller is simply reserving a prophet for himself once he can get his hands on the disc. On May 2nd he'll have a copy and he'll ship it to this winner.

Its like I could have an auction right now for Christ's big left toe. All I have to do is ensure that Christ gives me his left toe. If I have confirmation from him that he will give it to me, I can sell it and guarantee the winner of my auction that I will SHIP the toe on the agreed date that Christ hands it over to me. See? This seller has as good of confirmation as any that the 10,000 Days will be available on May 2nd. He's just being a prick and capitalizing off of some kids anticipation and inability to read fine print. Or maybe the buyer just lives somewhere that he can't get CDs like this.

Moral: You can auction an item that is not currently in your possession.

What is wrong with some of you? "THAT CAN'T BE REAL"

He's shipping it on the day it's released in America. There's nothing impossible about that. And that thing about Christ's Toe, what the hell? You went somewhere that made very little sense.

Well, it was bought for $11.99 so it doesn't seem as though he made out like a bandit or anything. However, carefully reading the text reveals that the CD is merely scheduled to be available to him on 5/2/06 at which time he'll subsiquently ship the disc to the purchaser. In other words, purchaser's looking at getting 10,000 Days probably two or three days AFTER it's already been on retail shelves for public consumption. Seller on the other hand, is charging $5 bucks for a maximum $2 dollar shipping expense since he's most likely just going to head down to his own local music store and buy one for $12 dollars off the racks to be sent to this guy anyways, and even more doubtful that he'll use any kind of over-night shipping.

Creative. But also a capitalist skat-muncher.

I don't even see why this was posted. I guess some ebay noobs don't understand how the system works.
