Maynard talks about how, in order to evolve, you must grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
That is the connection.
Disposition is likely the emotional part. "Mention this to me and watch the weather change." Emotions are a lot like that. Easily changed. Reflection is obviously the spiritual aspect of the triad. Realize your own divinity. Triad would then be the physical part. When you think about it, what would Maynard have to say about the physical body? Why not just rock the fuck out and do something really aggressive with no words?
