Maybe he/she is saying maybe it's not even worth it with all the suffering you will experience. I don't know. That's how I interpreted the, Just kidding, kill me. It's titled abortion because that's the issue it addresses. But it neither addresses pro sentiments or con sentiments. It says all the things you can experience with life, like it's a fetus speaking, and then you read just kidding kill me.

Seems like quite a brutish black comedy, very sarcastic at the end. To me it seems kinda critical of the whole idea of abortion, like its some elaborate joke.

Thats what came to my mind any. I like it.
