I was browsing some music FTPs and found this, I don't know if it's fake or not or what's going on with people in certain release groups or where they get some of their releases from. I took the liberty of uploading the file I found:

im glad i found this before it gets locked and hidden away forever.. then again if it is real tool i pretty much spoiled myself.. (i havent listened to it yet)

i already had this file on my harddrive. Not Tool if you ask me, sounds like the guitarist from Primus. IŽd like to know which band this is.

It was misleading at first, personally, because of the native singing. Even the drumming had me somewhat convinced. I'm glad I pitched it to the rest of the TOOL-heads.

hm i checked for it, i had found this as "Tool - (unreleased) Choked (very rare).mp3" on eMule some time ago.

lame.

i like the drums and the overall vibe of the song though. someone find out who this is please.

Livide was kind of catchy the first few times you listened to it, but then you realized it sucks.

LOL. The mix is whack, the vocals are phased in an elementary way, the drumming is sequenced / programmed through some type of VST host, the panning is predicatable, and the guitars are lame.

Garbage. Amusing garbage though. It really doesn't sound like Tool at any point. If it was I would cry...and I'm pretty confident that the new Tool won't make me cry...at least not actually the sad kind.
