im sure this thread has a good chance to be binned but maybe one or two people can incite a dicsussion about it.

this is not hearsay or rumor. it is a scanned document from a london marketing company possibly linked to volcano (im not sure because all pertinent personal info is blacked out as the memo itself threatens legal action).

it isnt ironclad but ive yet to discover any glaring flaws to discredit its validity. all info seems to fit in line with the reports from listening parties as well as release date rumors and info from the band itself.

the link i posted has 11 tracks, a track not named LK but Luminescense Kaon (which is more likely than LK), and also the track times on that arent consistent with the listening party journal entries posted.

im admitting both are likely false, but that one is 0% from the start whereas at first glance, the image in this thread starts with at least some credibility

I'm pretty sure Blair eluded to LK having a name change and starting with an M now in the Feb newsletter. So, that was one clue to why it was fake(the one with Luminescense Kaon). It's also probably track 3 unless they split it up if you go by the review, he was confused at 3 and 4

I'm going to be as nice as I can - We are here because we enjoy it. While I am not the most prevalent of posters, people know who I am, and I try to contribute to good conversations when I have the time. We are also here because we know that Kabir's site is a trustworthy source of Tool related info. We also enjoy this forum because we can speculate on what the album will be like, talk about Tool's songs, etc.
