I would like everyone to listen to how Maynard sings the last line in this song. I think it could be argued he's saying "our" not "your". I know that wherever lyrics for this song is posted it says your, but seriously listen to it. Also know that I personally do not think this song is about christ, but if any of you do, this should help your theory. So your welcome. Also know that tool has posted false lyrics on their site particularly for the song Jimmy, so this would not be new. Lastly, I dont necessarily believe that he says one word or the other, but if this thought has occured to anyone let me know.

I've always thought he said "our", but I have misheard many of his lyrics and have had to look them up. I've interpreted the song as being directed towards priests and televangelists, etc. People trying to make themselves out to be martyr's, not necessarily Jesus.
