actually, this song seems to be about idiots who don't listen. disobedient idiots, if you will. with the wording of the song, it sounds kind of like maynard is mocking the army.

This song is about Tool fans that take Tool's "message" way too seriously, and just their fans in general that are stupid.

i didnt think about it being about the army, i dunno how it would make sense. but the 'stupid-belligerent fucker' kinda sums up the song. 'my warning meant nothing' just kinda telling them to listen, but hes stupid and ignorant.
