I wrote some guitar parts in a computer audio program a few months back and have been wondering what they would sound like on a real guitar. So I was wondering if anyone would take a shot and record one of the guitar parts?

http://stashbox.org/uploads/1137016893/Noob%20Guitar%20Parts.zip

There are 4 files; each in Guitar Pro 4 format.

Thanks to anyone who is willing to give this a shot!

My goal was to keep the fingering as simple as possible so you will see some odd guitar tunings on three of them. If you do not want to muck around changing the base note of your strings Little Wing Wannabe is in default tuning.

---edit---
Oh and feel free to change anything you want, this is just a starting point.

You can download a demo version of guitar pro that should be able to play the files here (http://213.251.138.58/download.php?idfile=gp5_demo).

I'd do it but apparently guitar pro is a big no dice on mac's.

and 96kbs mp3 files (they had to be under 1mb to be uploaded)

The intro part of little wing wannabe is created by scraping your pick on the open low E and A strings for the first measure. (that is not shown in the tab)

The mp3s were auto-generated in a computer audio program so they sound a little midi-ish hence the reason I would really like to hear them on a real guitar.

They're pretty bitchy as hell to play and for the effort they don't sound too great either...

Sorry, I don't have any recording equipment to post anything up here... But damn, I can't even play them well either... Sorry, I feel like a shit guitar player now... But can't you play them yourself?

Guitar pro stuff I do is stuff I play and then write into the program...

i agree with neo taboolie here.. There are sections in every part where you have to change position really quickly. You'd have to practise these

But don't stop writing stuff...

The tunes were pretty original, perhaps reworking them a bit would be all that's needed... I'm not trying to pay you out or sap your confidence or something... I'm always interested to hear more...
