I think that he put the eye over his neck because it's a chakra, if you look at the cover of Lateralus the man on front of it has an eye over his throat, hand, forehead (third eye), and above his heart. Meh, remember...just an thought..

Anyways...nice art man, keep it up.

He's eyed(?) all over. Maybe he's able to see with his Adam's apple.

yea thats why... and he has an eye for his third eye. and the eyes going down to the back of his head represents the crown chakra.
