I'v read in the 'news'-section of the Peach-/ Suns of the Tundra-website that a new Tool live album is just around the corner... Is there anybody who knows more about this ? Or can this be considered as just another rumour to keep the fanbase awake ?
Oh, if you want to check it out yourself, go right ahead : http://www.infopeach.co.uk/news.htm.
Well, that's all for now.
Greetings !

thanks for the info. welcome to the board.

hmm.

indeed..

Lateralus SEQUEL?

here we go again... by "the sequel to LATERALUS" they mean "the album that comes after lateralus", nothing more. stop theorysing about every single word related to tool.

clarity.

The next live DVD has been "just around the corner" for the last 3 years. Tool promised it after the Lateralus tour, remember? So whatever, it'll come out when it does.

Here's a tasty morsel: the guys over at the official Suns of the Tundra site (the band formerly known as Peach, Justin's old band) mentioned something about a live Tool release:

"much excitement with the new Tool live album just round the corner, while the boys are finally laying some tracks for the sequel to 'Lateralus' now ..."
The plot thickens. [Posted by Chris] §

No, see it was Chris, and he corrected the person who said it was posted by Kabir. I said "By who?" to emphaize that Chris did it, not Kabir.
