yeah i dont know what to say guys, a new zealand music tv show said that the album will be released on 19th of september. i emailed them asking which part of their arse they are pulling htis date out of, but they havent replied.

the september 19th date has been on lots of record stores, but no info from the band or anythign else has come.

on the toolband site they said they are still recording this month, because danny had his sticks with him for an august show. so surely if they havent finished recording september 19th cant be the date.

dunno though, surely it wont be long before the date is certain.

i got on the phone to sounds in christchurch and a girl told me that the sales rep for tool came in and said september definetly, and that it is certainly coming out, she was sure that there is no way it wont come out in september.

tool said that the release date, as soon as its decided, would be on their website FIRST, but if this date is true then maybe they have lied, i think its very possible since they would want us to think its not gonna be out for awhile, to prevent us getting all worked up and prevent the album leaking and stuff, perhaps they have decieved us and the album is coming out in a month. surely this is possible, it makes sense too that they would tell NZ stores the release date because NZ is freakin sweet and they love it here.

i dunno though, but if its all bullshit and NZ tv and record stores have been making stuff up then i apologise hehe.

But seeing Tool live and hearing the crowd stay silent during quiet parts of the songs show that the fans are there because they are dedicated tool fans.
