Maybe some people noticed, but maybe not. The electronic organ noise follows the same pattern as jimmy. IMO, jimmy's sounds much cooler.

What are you saying? It's the same song played on a synthesizer without the basslines and stuff.

If you didn't notice this, the very first time you heard the song... I'm afraid you're recieving bad education wherever you are.

I actually have to admit something on this one, it only took me until a little while ago to realize that the melody for these two were EXACTLY the same. at first I didn't hear the part that sounds like "what was it like to see/ a face with your own stability" as sounding exactly the same.

This is nuts. Maybe it's a state-side thing. To think that someone missed that.... I just cried. Even George W might get that one.... might....

I don't recall ever seeing credits as to who plays that cool ass organ part on Intermission. Anyone know?

There are credits. Although I can't recall where :) . It took me a while as well to realize it's the same riff played with a keyboard instead of a guitar, and consider that I had already listened to AEnima closely tens of times, and I'm a musician myself :)

I always loved the way this flows into Jimmy. The way the feeling, tone and atmosphere just drop. And your left with this anslaught of grinding guitar and hammering drumbeats. sends shivers down my spine.

I don't recall ever seeing credits as to who plays that cool ass organ part on Intermission. Anyone know? From the Ænima credits:
- Chris Pitman – Synthesizer
- David Bottrill – Keyboards, Producer, Engineer, Mixing
- Eban Schletter – Organ

I suspect it to be one of them, esp. Schletter.

How many 11 year-old kids have to deal with their mother having a paralyzing aneurysm? What would that do to *your* "tone"?

I think his statement was a little more lightheated...

Anyways I agree. I love the upbeat melody in "inter fucking mission" and then it slides down to the very bottom string of a guitar.

Genious...
