I looked at the DVD display @ Hastings thread. I went to hastings and I reserved a copy of the new Tool CD for $5 and I asked the guy working there if Aug. 23 was the official release date and he said. "It's the last date I heard. It might change but it will be around that date." The album's name is yet to be released.

My brother's former boss now works at Hastings in Arkansas, i believe he is some sort of district manager, i will ask him about it tonight and see if he knows anything about any pre-order details and i will post back if i find anything out.

Yeah Best Buy has the best prices, but they also have a pretty limited selection. For the more obscure bands I usually have to either order online or go to some place like Tower Records.. Which sucks because there isn't a Tower Records around here. But when I was in Seattle I picked up a few CDs there.

Amazon has been my merchant of choice lately.
More selection and usually better prices (shipping including, just go through the cheap independent sellers).

FYE is total crap. Their stuff is always overpriced. Buy stuff directly from the record companies. Yeah!!!

The one by me has gone to shit.
