OK, so here's how it goes:
Maynard & Co. are sittin' around takin' drugs when Maynard suddenly spouts, "LET'S MAKE A NEW ALBUM!". The other guys are like, "YEAH, BRO! TOTALLY RAD!". So they announce that they're going to (while they're still high). Then when they sober up they completely forget their album idea... Meanwhile we're all still like "Say, bro, like, uh, when's the new album gonna' be dropped?... Whoa!".... Tool are probably sitting in their living room taking more drugs as we speak, completely oblivious to the fact that we think there's a new album coming out soon....
