some of the whispering

the other day i was messing around with Sound Foundry Sound Forge (sound program) and at around 10:20 to about maybe 10:45 (might be alittle earlier in this time range) i heard a female that sounded stoned saying " hahahah it's so pretty" it was repeated a few times then some other odd whispering occurs.. i'm trying to figure the rest out but it's really hard to understand. what do you guys think?

Oh my fucking god! I was just listening to Third Eye today and I heard some whispering near the end. I was going to go here and see if anyone else had noticed it. I have no idea what the voice is saying. Anybody else have any ideas? Anyone else hear the voice?
